Whoops, forgot about the Korean in the ad.

means!
Either work from 9:30 to 5:00 pm, or 11:00 to 7:00 pm.
The bit about vacation days too says that the contract is for 48 weeks, plus Korean holidays. I assume that means that the rest of the year, but be sure to check that first. I don't have the contract on my computer so I'm not sure. Remember that a minimum of 10 days a year in addition to Korean national holidays is the law.
